Angel Locsin and Heaven's Touch Cuisine collaborate in providing meals to stranded individuals in Tondo Port.

This pandemic has caused a lot of challenges and uncertainties in the country and its people. Employees are being laid-off and retrenched, some business entities are closing down, and some are challenged to make ends meet on a daily and it is in this time of crisis that we need to come together to help each other.

Because of the limited mode of transportation caused by the pandemic, people who intend to go home end up stranded on ports. There are some people stranded in Tondo Port and to somehow help them get through the day, Angel Locsin and Heaven's Touch Cuisine, a local carinderia delivered 300 packs of pancit and siomai rice to locally stranded individuals.

Heaven's Touch Cuisine posted photos with the actress on their Facebook page and mentioned that it will be shown in Kapamilya channel through the public service show 'Iba Yan' hosted by Angel Locsin.

Angel Locsin is one of the most prominent names we hear helping others amid the pandemic. She has helped raising funds to help solve overcrowding in hospitals through #UniTENTweStandPH. They were able to raise almost 11M pesos in less than 3 weeks and were able to deliver more than 200 isolation tents to 135 hospitals in the metro and neighboring provinces.

Together with Anne Curtis, Dimples Romana, and some friends in the biz, they relaunched their 2009 initiative, Shop and Share.

Apart from #UniTENTweStandPH and Shop and Share, the actress helps others in any way possible. She responds to the call of help from people online; she sends PPEs to provincial hospitals, provide assistance to people for their medical bills and sends packed meals for frontliners.
