Aeta Ako Foundation thanks Angel Locsin for the boxes of canned goods and instant noodles the actress donated to Aetas of Capas!

The pandemic has brought upon a lot of challenges to everyone. Small businesses have closed, companies have laid-off employees, and most people were struggling to make ends meet. Those who have been struggling then became even more challenged to put food on their table. but it's at this time of crisis that we see people come together and help one another; one proof is the community pantries that slowly sprouting all over the country influenced by the Maginhawa community pantry.

Last year, a group of good Samaritans created a foundation for the benefit of Aetas in Capas, Tarlac named Aeta Ako Foundation. With the current situation that we're in they are oftentimes overlooked and thanks to these people with good soul, other people who wished to send their help now have the means to do so just like Angel Locsin who just recently sent boxes of canned goods, instant noodles for the Aetas in Capas.

On their faceboook page, Aetas Ako Fdn posted photos of boxes of canned goods and instant noodles and on their caption they expressed their gratitude to Angel Locsin for her donation.

"Thank you so much Ms Angel Locsin Napakalaking tulong nito para sa ating mga katutubong Aeta dito sa Capas."

This is not the first time that the actress extend her helping hand during the pandemic. Since last year, she has been tirelessly helping the frontliners and healthcare workers, she even put up her own community pantry on her birthday. The projects she spearheaded like Camp Heal the World, #UniTENTweStandPH, and Shop and Share helped the community in battling this virus that we have been trying to combat for more than a year now.

Angel Locsin has always been someone who we can rely on at times of crisis. An angel in real-life who will do about anything to help other people!
