Rep. Francisco Jose Matugas II (1st district, Surigao del Norte) said the generators and solar sets are a welcome relief for Siargao due to the power outage caused by a suspected fault in the submarine cable supplying electricity from mainland Mindanao. (Froilan Gallardo/MindaNews)
