It has been almost two years since the country and other parts of the world hit what we can consider, rock bottom. March of 2020, everyone got locked up into their respective homes because of the Covid-19 pandemic; everyone were affected, businesses shut down, others got laid-off or worst unemployed and we don’t even know what to do or how to fight it.

Almost 2 years later, we can clearly see how everything progressed. Restrictions are now easing up, kids who are then not allowed to go out can now enjoy outdoors with their parents, the virus that we have no idea how to fight then, now can be countered with a vaccine.

But even though everything is slowly opening up once again, we need to remember that we still haven’t totally irradicated the virus and with its variants that are now spreading, we still need to take precautionary measures to be safe from it.

In a public service ad released in various ABS-CBN platforms, Angel Locsin, Liza Siberano, Enrique Gil and other Kapamilya Stars remind everyone what to do to protect ourselves and our family.

This includes getting yourself and your family vaccinated when given the opportunity, wearing face masks whenever you’re going out in public, frequent handwashing and disinfecting your hands with the use of alcohol, maintaining physical distance, and preventing non-essential travels especially to crowded areas as much as possible.

Covid-19 restrictions are easing up but it is a no reason for us to be complacent because as comforting as it is to know that we are slowly getting our lives back, the way it used to be, the virus is still a threat and highly contagious so protect yourself and your family.
